Talent Acquisition Resourcer – 12‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Resourcer to join our in‑house recruitment team on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. You will support hiring for both residential and commercial real‑estate divisions, working closely with Talent Acquisition Partners and senior stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Source high‑quality candidates across residential and commercial real‑estate markets.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Identify and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals and market mapping.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial outreach and assist with shortlisting.
• Deliver an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition Partners and hiring managers to design sourcing strategies.
• Provide market insight and recruitment intelligence to inform hiring decisions.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and contribute to employer‑branding projects.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment resourcing, talent acquisition or agency recruitment.
• Experience in real‑estate, property or professional services is a plus.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions‑focused mindset.
