Tax Manager

About the role

Wood is seeking a Tax Manager to lead its transfer pricing compliance across the Group. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and filing local and master transfer pricing documentation, as well as managing the Group’s country‑by‑country reporting obligations. The role can be performed remotely or on a hybrid basis from any UK office.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end preparation and submission of local files, master files and other transfer‑pricing documentation for all Group entities.
• Manage the Group’s country‑by‑country reporting (CbCR) process, ensuring timely and accurate filing.
• Support the Tax Director – Transfer Pricing & Reporting on all transfer‑pricing matters and strategic initiatives.
• Liaise with global finance leaders, Group Finance, Treasury, Commercial, Legal and Tax teams to gather required data.
• Coordinate with external tax advisers, auditors and tax authorities to resolve queries and ensure compliance.

Required profile

• Proven self‑starter with experience in transfer‑pricing compliance and CbCR reporting.
• Comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders across finance, legal and commercial functions.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Relevant tax qualification or equivalent professional experience.
