About the role
Join a supportive EYFS environment in the Wirral, working closely with teachers to create a positive and engaging learning setting for young children. This temporary, long‑term position offers competitive daily rates and the chance to develop your skills in early years education.
Key responsibilities
- Support pupils one‑to‑one in an EYFS setting.
- Assist small groups of children during lessons.
- Help children develop socially, emotionally and academically.
Required profile
- Teaching Assistant or childcare qualification, or relevant care experience.
- Experience working with children in an educational or childcare environment.
- Positive, proactive and supportive approach.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
- Genuine passion for helping children learn and succeed.
