About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic, qualified graduate to join our outstanding secondary comprehensive school in Ilford as a full‑time Teaching Assistant starting September 2026. The role supports teachers and students, helping to create an inclusive learning environment.
Required profile
- Understanding of the needs of students from diverse social backgrounds, sensory impairments and special educational needs.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to form and maintain professional relationships with young people and adults.
- Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
- Willingness to work constructively as part of a team and learn new skills.
- Commitment to personal career development and potential progression into teaching.
