Teaching Assistant – Primary School

About the role
We are partnering with an inclusive primary school in Leeds to hire an experienced Teaching Assistant. You will support pupils across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, working closely with teachers and the SENCO to foster a safe and engaging learning environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide targeted one‑to‑one or small‑group support for pupils with additional needs.
- Assist class teachers in delivering lessons and classroom management.
- Collaborate with the SENCO to implement personalised interventions.
- Help create a positive, inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Required profile
- Demonstrated experience in a primary school setting.
- Confidence supporting pupils of varying abilities.
- Experience with SEN or a strong interest in special educational needs.
- Reliable, proactive and passionate about child development.
