About the role
Join a highly regarded boutique private equity firm in Mayfair as a Team Executive Assistant and Office Manager. You will support the Executive Chairman and Chief Admin Officer while ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day operation of a close‑knit London office.
Key responsibilities
- Manage diaries, calendar invites and travel arrangements for senior executives.
- Prepare board packs, minutes and follow‑up actions for meetings.
- Oversee office operations, including holiday requests, supplier management and health & safety duties.
- Coordinate internal events, team activities and client visits.
- Handle finance administration such as processing invoices and setting up payments.
- Lead office projects covering IT, compliance, policies and procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant and Office Manager, preferably in a boutique finance environment.
- Proactive attitude with a genuine interest in shaping the role.
- Strong ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence when liaising with stakeholders at all levels.
- Adaptable, committed and able to work independently.
Required skills
What we offer
- Temp‑to‑perm contract with an initial 2‑month trial.
- Competitive salary: £25‑30 per hour during the temporary period, equivalent to £50‑65k per year on permanent.
- Full‑time onsite role (4‑5 days a week) with core hours 9:00‑17:00.
