Team Manager – Retail Store (Falkirk)

About the role

As a Team Manager you will lead a busy retail store in Falkirk, ensuring customers receive a great in‑store experience while supporting a high‑performing team. The role offers a mix of people leadership, operational oversight and commercial responsibility.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the store team to deliver excellent customer service and meet sales targets.
• Recruit, train and develop colleagues, building a capable, high‑performing workforce.
• Coach staff on product knowledge, range, quality and service standards.
• Analyse trade activity and use insights to grow sales and maximise profit.
• Implement the Store Change Plan, allocating resources and hours to benefit customers.
• Identify and resolve root‑cause issues with sustainable, long‑term solutions.
• Prioritise colleague safety and ensure legal trading by using security and safety tools effectively.
