About the role

Join itsu’s vibrant Kingston store as a Team Member, delivering fresh Asian‑inspired dishes to customers. You’ll work in a fast‑paced environment, learning on the job and gaining experience in food preparation and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Cut fresh fish and prepare ingredients for sushi and other menu items.
• Roll maki and assemble itsu’s signature dishes.
• Cook menu items with care, maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Provide friendly, efficient service to customers.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store.

Required profile

• Enthusiasm for food preparation and customer interaction.
• Willingness to learn and follow training both in‑store and via digital platforms.
• Ability to work as part of a team and uphold itsu’s core values.
