Team Member – Production Line Operator

About the role

Join Reckitt's Hull manufacturing site as a Team Member operating high‑speed packaging lines. You will work on a rotational shift schedule, ensuring production plans are met while supporting technicians and upholding safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate packaging lines at maximum efficiency to meet on‑time production and quality targets.
• Support hourly, daily and weekly performance reviews, highlighting downtime and coordinating corrective actions with maintenance technicians.
• Achieve all line KPIs, including waste reduction, customer service, and equipment effectiveness.
• Perform autonomous maintenance tasks and ensure compliance with safety and quality regulations.
• Own your training plan with guidance from technicians and complete line documentation accurately the first time.

Required profile

• Experience on high‑speed packaging equipment in FMCG, food, chemical or pharmaceutical environments.
• Ability to work to challenging targets and undertake NVQ‑based qualifications.
• Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practice and KPI‑driven environments (desirable).
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
