Technical Event Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Technical Event Project Manager to own the full lifecycle of AV delivery and corporate events, from the initial client brief right through to post‑event close‑out. You will work within a collaborative, fast‑growing technical events supplier that values internal promotion and offers clear progression.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for corporate conferences, dinners and high‑profile events.
• Write client proposals and quotations, taking responsibility for commercial outcomes.
• Act as the primary point of contact, managing client relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate internal teams, crew and external suppliers for each show.
• Work hands‑on at live events, overseeing load‑in, technical set‑up and load‑out.

Required profile

• Proven project‑management experience in corporate events or AV supply.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver events from concept to technical completion.
• Strong client‑facing skills across the full project lifecycle.
• Experience drafting proposals or quotations for technical events.
• Methodical approach with genuine passion for technical events.
