This is not a maintenance role; it is a strategic leadership opportunity. As the site's primary technical authority, you will work closely with operations and senior management to strengthen standards, optimize processes, and maintain exceptional client relationships.

Missions principales

• Lead all aspects of food safety, quality, and technical compliance.
• Ensure full compliance with BRC standards, managing audit preparation and site readiness.
• Act as the key technical point of contact for major retail customers.
• Manage and develop a QA team of 4 direct reports, fostering professional growth.
• Drive continuous improvement of quality systems and overall site performance.
• Maintain a hands-on presence on the production floor and engage directly with clients.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience within food manufacturing, technical management, or Quality Assurance (QA).
• Strong expertise in BRC audits and regulatory compliance.
• Demonstrated ability to manage the complex requirements and expectations of major retailers.
• A proactive, hands-on leadership style with the ability to lead from the shop floor.
• Ready to step up into a Technical Manager role or currently operating at that level.
