Technical Sales Officer

About the role

Empowering organisations to achieve their highest potential, ISOQAR is looking for a Technical Sales Officer to manage inbound sales for new and existing customers. The role combines product knowledge, sector understanding, industry regulations and problem‑solving, with all technical training provided in‑house.

Key responsibilities

• Gather business process information from clients.
• Collaborate with clients to determine the best‑fit approach.
• Utilise internal systems and industry guidelines to establish audit durations.
• Manage a project pipeline.
• Prepare proposals.

Required profile

• Telephone‑based sales experience.
• Demonstrable ability to build strong working relationships at all levels.
• Confidence in using CRM systems for analysis and reporting.
• Clear and concise presentation skills in a professional capacity.
• Excellent communication, decision‑making and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Wide industry and B2B background.
• Knowledge of the certification or TIC industry.
• Ability to complete tenders, pre‑qualification questionnaires and supplier proposals.
