Technical SEO Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Technical SEO Specialist to lead the technical optimisation of multiple high‑traffic ecommerce brands across international markets. You will work within a hybrid model in Central London, collaborating with product, development, UX, analytics and content teams to drive organic growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute the technical SEO strategy for several ecommerce sites, focusing on JavaScript SEO, crawl optimisation and Core Web Vitals.
• Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits, identify opportunities and support implementation alongside developers.
• Monitor and improve organic visibility, traffic quality and Core Web Vitals performance.
• Perform competitor analysis, keyword research and regular performance reporting.
• Build consultative relationships with stakeholders across business units and markets.
• Stay up‑to‑date with search trends, algorithm updates and emerging best practices, and champion SEO knowledge internally.

Required profile

• Proven technical SEO experience on complex or enterprise‑level, JavaScript‑heavy websites.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Commercial awareness and a solid grasp of SEO performance metrics.
• Proactive, hands‑on attitude and comfort operating with autonomy.
