About the role
The Technical Service Co‑ordinator provides first‑class customer service to GROHE UK customers, handling inbound calls and emails with an even split. The role combines technical product support, fault analysis, warranty administration and installation assistance across the full GROHE range.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound service contacts via calls and emails, delivering resolutions within defined SLAs.
- Answer technical product questions, provide fault analysis, assess warranty eligibility and arrange spare parts or engineer visits as needed.
- Give accurate specification advice and installation support to customers of varying technical expertise.
- Proactively manage new and existing warranty claims, processing invoices, payments and engineer job sheets while meeting budget targets.
- Continuously develop product knowledge through company training and self‑learning.
- Act as a brand ambassador, uphold GROHE values and actively promote product benefits within defined boundaries.
