Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

As a Customer Service Coordinator in the Business & Industry team, you will deliver exceptional service to a wide range of customers, building strong relationships and supporting them across multiple communication platforms. You will keep up‑to‑date with Reconomy’s products and services, investigate enquiries and complaints, and act as the single point of contact from start to resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality service to customers via phone, email and other channels.
• Build and nurture relationships with key contacts across various sectors.
• Maintain current knowledge of the sector’s products and services.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints and enquiries, owning each case from start to finish.
• Cover occasional Saturday shifts (8 am‑12 pm) on a rota basis.

Required profile

• Experience in customer service within an office, retail or hospitality environment.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail when processing orders and information.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams.
