Technical Support Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join Transoft Solutions’ Technical Support Team. In this hybrid position you will provide outstanding technical assistance to both external customers and internal teams, helping users maximise the value of our aviation and transportation software.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, diagnose, and resolve product‑related issues, reproducing problems in a test environment.
• Provide technical assistance to customers and internal stakeholders, including troubleshooting and solution delivery.
• Prepare and modify AutoCAD and MicroStation drawings and support QA and Development teams with testing and issue reporting.
• Create technical documentation, issue reports and best‑practice guidance, and communicate feedback to Product Management.
• Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to internal and external audiences.

Required profile

• Degree, diploma or equivalent experience in engineering, technology or a related field.
• Fluency in written and spoken German.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with the ability to build strong relationships.
