Technical Web Specialist – 12‑month Fixed‑Term

About the role

As a Technical Web Specialist you will bridge the gap between marketing and web development, ensuring web requests are properly scoped, coordinated and delivered on time. You will own the intake process, build pages in a headless CMS and act as a critical quality gate for every release.

Key responsibilities

• Own intake and triage of web requests, qualify, scope and estimate technical complexity.
• Build and ship pages/components in Storyblok CMS, including configuration, staging, QA and production deployment.
• Perform technical QA on every release, checking rendering, functionality and cross‑browser/device behavior.
• Coordinate between development team and business stakeholders, maintaining backlog, sprint board and tracking risks.
• Support CRO initiatives by setting up A/B tests, documenting hypotheses and tracking results.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in web operations, technical project management or web production.
• Strong written communication and ability to translate technical details for non‑technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable pushing back on briefs or deadlines when necessary.

Required skills

• HTML and CSS fundamentals.
• Understanding of headless CMS platforms such as Storyblok, Contentful or Webflow.
• Experience with AI‑assisted content creation and QA.
• Familiarity with A/B testing/CRO tools and basic SQL.
• Knowledge of Core Web Vitals, page performance and SEO fundamentals.
