About the role
We are seeking a Banqueting Chef for a prestigious boutique hotel in Rye, East Sussex. The position is temporary, covering the busy wedding and event season in October, November and December, with accommodation available.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate, prepare and serve banqueting food for weddings and private events.
- Assist the main kitchen during quieter periods while focusing on the banqueting department.
- Work flexibly, including weekends and some evenings, to meet booking demands.
Required profile
- Eligibility to live and work in the United Kingdom.
- Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required.
What we offer
- Competitive salary up to £17 per hour.
- Possible live‑in accommodation for the temporary role.
