About the role
We are looking for a proactive Tenancy Support Worker to join our housing team in Northfield, Birmingham. You will help residents maintain stable tenancies while working within the Adult Social Care framework.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver housing support in line with Adult Social Care guidelines, process applications and conduct property inspections.
- Assist with rent collection, manage arrears, and maintain accurate tenant records.
- Respond to resident concerns, investigate anti‑social behaviour and work with internal and external agencies to safeguard wellbeing.
Required profile
- Experience in housing, tenancy support, homelessness services or adult social care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and prioritise workload.
Required skills
- Confidence using IT systems for record‑keeping.
What we offer
- Competitive hourly rate of £15.00 PAYE (including holiday pay).
- Full‑time 37.5‑hour week with shift rotation.
