About the role
Our client, an independent town planning and development consultancy in London, is seeking a Town Planner to join their expanding team. The role offers the chance to work on a variety of projects ranging from city‑centre mixed‑use redevelopments to diversification planning for country estates.
Key responsibilities
- Manage planning projects from inception to completion.
- Maintain client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Process planning assessments, prepare planning statements and handle appeals.
Required profile
- 2‑5 years of experience in the public or private planning sector.
- Chartered status or working towards chartered qualification.
- Passionate and enthusiastic about delivering planning applications.
