TPA / Property Claims Technician

About the role

The TPA / Property Claims Technician will join the Property TPA Division, delivering first‑class service to customers, clients and colleagues. Working from Birmingham, you will manage a portfolio of household, high‑net‑worth, commercial property and real‑estate claims from initial report through to settlement.

Key responsibilities

• Provide proactive, high‑quality customer service throughout the claims lifecycle.
• Manage a personal caseload of household, HNW, commercial property and real‑estate claims, ensuring timely resolution.
• Collaborate closely with a national team of field adjusters to gather information and assess liability.
• Prepare comprehensive reports for insurers, including settlement recommendations.
• Liaise with insurers, policyholders, contractors and other parties to facilitate claim settlement.
• Meet client‑specific service level criteria and internal performance targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in handling property insurance claims.
• Ability to work independently while coordinating with a dispersed adjuster team.
• Strong written communication skills for detailed reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interaction with insurers, policyholders and contractors.
