Trainee Cyber Security Analyst – Entry Level Placement

About the role

This trainee position is designed for individuals with no prior experience who want to launch a career in IT and cyber security. Over a series of four steps you will receive accredited online training, practical lab work, official CompTIA certifications and finally a guaranteed placement as an IT Technician.

Key responsibilities

• Complete accredited CompTIA A+ and Network+ courses delivered online.
• Participate in hands‑on practice labs to develop real‑world technical competence.
• Pass the CompTIA A+ and Network+ examinations to obtain industry‑recognised certifications.
• Transition into a full‑time IT Technician role, supporting hardware, networking and security tasks.

Required profile

• Motivation to start a career in IT or cyber security.
• Ability to study independently and follow a structured training schedule.
• Willingness to engage with tutors and mentors throughout the programme.

Required skills

• CompTIA A+ certification (or willingness to achieve it).
• CompTIA Network+ certification (or willingness to achieve it).
• Fundamental understanding of IT hardware, networking and basic cyber security principles.
