About the role
This traineeship is designed for individuals with no prior health and safety experience who want to launch a career in occupational safety. You will study online, earn recognised certifications, and receive dedicated support to secure your first health and safety position.
Key responsibilities
- Complete the IOSH Managing Safely course and apply risk‑assessment principles.
- Study for and pass the NEBOSH General Certificate.
- Conduct practical risk assessments on simulated workplace scenarios.
- Work with the recruitment team to prepare applications, practise interviews and secure a placement.
Required profile
- Motivation to start a career in health and safety without previous experience.
- Ability to study independently and manage a self‑paced online programme.
- Strong interest in workplace safety, legislation and risk management.
Required skills
- Basic computer literacy for online learning platforms.
