Niyaa People is seeking an enthusiastic Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join its Birmingham City Centre office. This entry‑level position offers a structured training programme, uncapped commission and clear progression pathways within a supportive, award‑winning agency.

Key responsibilities

• Make high‑volume cold‑calling calls to candidates and clients.
• Generate sales leads and build lasting relationships with both parties.
• Research market sectors to become a specialist recruiter.
• Use recruitment tools to source candidates and fill vacancies.
• Conduct business‑development calls to attract new client business.
• Interview candidates and match them to suitable roles.
• Work towards daily KPIs and sales targets.

Required profile

• Strong sales aptitude with the ability to influence and persuade.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer‑service orientation.
• Highly organised, resilient and able to thrive under pressure.
• Motivated to commit fully to a fast‑paced sales environment.

• Starting salary £26,000 rising to £28,000 after 9 months.
