Trainee Recruitment Consultant – Manchester

About the role

Join Capital R2R as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant and launch your sales career in a fast‑growing recruitment business. You will be based in Manchester city centre, receive intensive training and work directly with senior consultants and the Managing Director.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new business by contacting and networking with CEOs and directors of global tech companies.
• Attract and engage both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment cycle.
• Make high‑volume calls, attend meetings and organise candidate pipelines.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and OTE objectives.
• Maintain accurate records in the company’s recruitment system.

Required profile

• Ambitious, career‑driven individual with a strong desire to learn.
• Background in B2B sales or a similar commercial environment.
• Target‑oriented, competitive and comfortable working in a fast‑paced sales setting.
• Eager to develop long‑term within the recruitment industry.

• Basic salary up to £28,000 per year with a £45,000 OTE in the first year.
