Transport Administrator – Belfast

About the role

Seabridge is seeking a Transport Administrator for its Belfast branch. The role supports daily import and export activities, ensures accurate logistics documentation, and works closely with carriers and customers to meet delivery schedules.

Key responsibilities

• Log and scan proof‑of‑delivery documents.
• Enter data and book shipments using the Azyra freight system.
• Prepare customs paperwork and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide transport companies and subcontractors with accurate collection and delivery information.
• Develop constructive relationships with key customers and understand their shipping needs.
• Identify potential issues early and alert the manager.
• Maintain and update internal systems to support the movement of goods.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as requested by the manager.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years experience in an office administrator role.
• Knowledge of haulage and logistics procedures (beneficial but not essential).
• Ability to work toward and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude and strong team‑player qualities.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Full clean driving licence.

Required skills

• Experience using the Azyra freight system.
• Proficiency with standard computer applications.
