Travel Advisor – Maternity Cover (London)

About the role

As a Travel Advisor on a maternity‑cover basis, you will join Belmond’s Central Reservations team in London. You will manage the full reservation journey – from inspiring guests, researching options, booking stays, to post‑stay follow‑up – ensuring each experience reflects Belmond’s luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with on‑property operations and Service Excellence teams to hand over guest preferences smoothly.
• Personalise each stay according to individual guest profiles and record details accurately in the reservation system.
• Identify and recommend destinations, products and experiences that match the Belmond audience.
• Promote and sell Belmond’s portfolio, describing products clearly and converting enquiries into bookings.
• Meet SLA targets for response times, case management and classification accuracy in Salesforce Omnichannel.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably in luxury travel or hospitality.
• Strong organisational, problem‑solving and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Experience using Salesforce Omnichannel.
• Familiarity with computer reservation programmes.
