UK Ops and Programme Manager

About the role

Adaptyv is launching its first UK lab in London and needs a senior operations professional to own the customer‑facing side of the business. As one of the initial hires, you will work closely with the founders, the Head of UK Operations, and the Lausanne team to build a visible, organised, and high‑impact operation.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end UK customer operations, from onboarding to experiment submission and result delivery.
• Run strategic programmes and partnerships, managing milestones, reporting, and partner reviews.
• Coordinate events, competitions, hackathons, meetups and workshops to grow the UK biotech community.
• Align multiple internal and external stakeholders to ensure commitments translate into action.
• Maintain operational cadence and visibility for the London lab.

Required profile

• Proven experience in operations or programme management within a fast‑growing technology or biotech environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously as an early‑stage hire and shape processes.
• Passion for AI‑driven wet‑lab experimentation and the life‑science ecosystem.
