Utility Surveyor

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Utility Surveyor to join our Subsurface Engineering Department in London. You will work on high‑profile infrastructure projects, using the latest geospatial technologies to capture and verify underground utilities.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct utility surveys in diverse environments using EM and Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) equipment.
• Attend site visits and client meetings to support tendering for larger projects.
• Handle, process, and interpret geospatial data related to subsurface assets.

Required profile

• QCF3/QCF5 certification (highly desirable).
• Strong knowledge of GPR and underground surveying principles.
• Proficiency with EML and GPR equipment.
• Understanding of PAS128 standards.
• Ability to analyse asset owner record drawings.
• Good written English and the right to work in the UK.
• Willingness to travel nationwide and hold a clean manual driving licence.
