Vice President – Equity Derivatives Structurer

About the role

This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the strategic evolution of Citi's equities structuring capabilities, focusing on platform automation and the streamlined pricing and trading of structured products across multiple asset classes.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement automated structuring tools and platforms for equity derivatives products.
• Stay abreast of quantitative and technology developments to enhance product delivery.
• Structure new products, including pricing, modelling and legal documentation across equities, rates, FX and commodities.
• Contribute to Citi’s platform for pricing complex derivatives using quantitative infrastructure.
• Collaborate with trading, sales and technology teams to gather requirements and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
• Manage exceptional events affecting products post‑launch to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an Equities Structurer or in a similar quantitative role within a tier‑one investment bank.
• Demonstrated understanding of multi‑asset products and their use in client solutions.
• Experience working closely with sales, trading and technology teams and using a structured product platform.
• Strong knowledge of equity derivatives, pricing models and risk management concepts.
• Proficiency in coding/scripting using Python and VBA.
• Strong structuring and financial modelling skills are highly recommended.
