Join the Food and Beverage team at The Clermont Charing Cross, a 4‑star luxury hotel in the heart of London’s Charing Cross. As a Waiting Staff member you will be the face of the restaurant, creating memorable dining experiences for guests in a vibrant, historic setting.

Key responsibilities

• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Take orders, answer menu queries and recommend dishes.
• Clear tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area.
• Personalise guest interactions to build loyalty and repeat business.
• Occasionally assist in other hotel departments to develop a broad skill set.
