Warehouse Operative

About the role

Join the warehouse team at our Trafford site, supporting the efficient movement of stock for a leading European food manufacturer. You will be responsible for receiving, picking, put‑away, and loading goods while maintaining strict health, safety and food‑hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, store, and retrieve stock using the D365 system and RF scanners.
• Pick and load orders accurately, ensuring all paperwork and pallet labelling are completed on time.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain orderly, hygienic warehouse conditions.
• Comply with all health, safety and food‑safety policies and attend on‑site presentations.
• Support team KPIs, provide cover for colleagues, and hand over work safely at shift end.

Required profile

• Well‑organised and able to manage priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members to meet daily targets.

Required skills

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for stock placement and retrieval.
• Operation of RF scanners and data terminals.
• Stock picking, loading and put‑away procedures.
• Inventory cycle counting.
