Warehouse Operative (Weekends)

About the role

We are seeking a reliable Warehouse Operative to join our 24/7 vehicle operations centre in London on weekends. The role involves handling stock throughout the night shift, ensuring accurate receipt, storage, and distribution to support continuous operational demand.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and process incoming deliveries.
• Check, count and record stock movements accurately.
• Pick and issue stock items for operational teams.
• Maintain organised, clean and safe storage areas.
• Perform regular stock and cycle counts.
• Use warehouse management systems to keep records up‑to‑date.
• Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
• Prepare shipments and returns as required.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a warehouse, stores, logistics or inventory environment.
• Comfortable working permanent night shifts on Saturdays and Sundays.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organisational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Warehouse management systems.
• Forklift licence (desirable but not essential).
• Basic computer skills.
