Warehouse & Production Operative – £13.01/hr, 4 on/4 off

About the role

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing paint manufacturing company in Harrow for a Warehouse / Production Operative. The role is hands‑on, full‑training provided, and ideal for a reliable individual who enjoys a busy, team‑oriented environment.

Key responsibilities

• Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with mixing and preparation of paints (training supplied).
• Label products and ensure orders are correctly identified.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workspace.
• Support general warehouse and production duties as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Strong work ethic with a positive attitude.
• Good attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Reliability and punctuality are essential.
• Previous warehouse or production experience is beneficial but not mandatory.
