Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

The Warehouse Supervisor will lead daily logistics operations in a fast‑moving FMCG environment, ensuring smooth receipt, storage and dispatch of goods while maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storage and dispatch.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and up‑to‑date inventory records.
• Monitor and support warehouse staff performance, providing guidance as needed.
• Implement and uphold health and safety standards throughout the facility.
• Work with the logistics team to optimise delivery schedules and reduce delays.
• Identify and drive process improvements to increase efficiency and cut costs.
• Ensure equipment and machinery are regularly maintained and serviced.
• Prepare regular reports on warehouse performance and key metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in warehouse operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Strong organisational and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Good knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
• Proactive, results‑driven mindset.
