About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Water Sports Instructors to deliver safe, engaging and high-quality watersports sessions for the community. You will inspire participants of all ages, support the development of our programme and help maintain top-class facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and deliver teaching and coaching sessions for a range of watersports.
- Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and National Governing Body standards.
- Carry out regular equipment and facility safety checks.
- Support the continuous improvement and accreditation of the watersports programme.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and facility cleanliness.
Required profile
- Experience delivering watersports teaching and coaching sessions.
- Knowledge of relevant National Governing Body standards and best practices.
- Strong commitment to health, safety and participant wellbeing.
- Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
- Relevant watersports qualifications and licences, with a commitment to CPD.
