About the role

Join a world‑leading mental health charity as a Website and Digital Marketing Officer. You will shape the online presence of the organisation, ensuring that children, young people, families and professionals can easily find the information they need and take meaningful action.

Key responsibilities

• Update and create pages in the content management system, building landing pages and ensuring clear, engaging content.
• Analyse performance data using Google Analytics 4 and other tools to identify SEO, user‑journey and conversion opportunities.
• Implement practical improvements based on insights, supporting UX testing and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collaborate with teams and subject‑matter experts to translate content into effective digital formats.
• Manage paid digital activity across social channels.

Required profile

• Strong interest in digital communication and user experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.

Required skills

• Experience with a Content Management System (CMS).
• Proficiency in Google Analytics 4 (GA4) for performance tracking.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices.
