Wind Turbine Technician – EWT (Newquay, UK)

About the role

Full Circle is expanding its wind turbine fleet across the UK and seeks a skilled Wind Turbine Technician to strengthen expertise on the EWT platform. You will work hands‑on with turbines, ensuring they operate at peak performance while sharing knowledge with the team.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance EWT platform expertise and guide the team through maintenance and troubleshooting tasks.
• Perform mechanical and electrical inspections, repairs, and data‑driven analysis on site.
• Collaborate with remote support to diagnose issues and improve operational efficiency.
• Mentor fellow technicians, fostering continuous learning and skill development.
• Travel to multiple sites as required and participate in a weekend on‑call rota.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving mindset and willingness to share knowledge.
• Physically fit, comfortable working at heights and in varied weather conditions.
• Full UK driver’s licence and ability to travel internationally when needed.
• Team‑oriented with excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent wind‑industry experience).
• Level 3 Mechanical qualification (or equivalent wind‑industry experience).
• Proven wind turbine troubleshooting experience.
• Experience resolving issues identified during walk‑downs.
