Windows Server Support Consultant

About the role

Infosys is seeking a Senior Consultant to provide Windows Server support for its clients in London. The role involves troubleshooting, configuring and automating Windows environments, and collaborating with delivery teams to design and implement robust solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate, manage and resolve Windows Server issues remotely across multiple domains.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate server and client tasks.
• Support and maintain Server 2012, Server 2019, ESXi and Hyper‑V infrastructures.
• Provide Tier‑2/3 support for Windows 10 clients and manage GPO, Active Directory and DNS.
• Package applications for deployment using SCCM, LANDesk or similar tools.
• Participate in major incident resolution and contribute to proposal development and client training.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Windows Server support across diverse environments.
• Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn new hardware and software technologies.
