Workday Financials Analyst – Investment Banking

About the role

This position offers a unique chance for a Workday specialist to own the financial systems landscape within a fast‑growing investment banking environment. You will partner with finance and business teams to drive process improvements, ensure data integrity and support a global user community.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, support and continuously enhance the Workday Financials environment.
• Configure, test and implement business‑process changes across Revenue, Accounting, Spend and Tax modules.
• Lead Workday releases, system upgrades and related testing activities.
• Create and maintain custom reports, calculated fields and condition rules.
• Maintain tenant security, data integrity, compliance and audit readiness.
• Collaborate with finance and business stakeholders to identify efficiencies and drive transformation.
• Act as the subject‑matter expert, delivering training and day‑to‑day support across the organisation.

Required profile

• Proven hands‑on experience with Workday Financials, covering core finance modules.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative, international team.
