About the role
Reed Education is recruiting 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support Inspire Partnership primary schools across Croydon. You will work directly in classrooms, providing essential support to teachers and delivering focused interventions for small groups of pupils.
Key responsibilities
- Provide general classroom support and assist teachers with daily activities
- Deliver small‑group interventions to reinforce learning objectives
- Help prepare lesson materials and maintain a positive classroom environment
Required profile
- Previous experience working with children in a school setting
- Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to support teaching staff
