12 Month Internship - eFX IT Business Analyst

About the role

Join the eFX Tech team at Crédit Agricole CIB for a 12‑month Business Analyst internship. You will work closely with front‑office users, engineers and data specialists, gaining hands‑on experience with electronic FX trading systems and AI applications in financial markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define product and project requirements, explaining the why, risk and value of each change.
• Partner with front‑office users, analysts and operations teams to identify real problems worth solving.
• Contribute to product road‑maps and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with developers in an Agile environment to scope, iterate and deliver improvements.
• Use AI tools to document workflows, spot inefficiencies and propose smarter ways of working.
• Assess impact of changes, support testing, validation and implementation of new features.
• Provide daily operational support and troubleshooting across the eFX platform.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Strong analytical mindset and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Interest in finance, technology and AI applications.
