About the role

Join the Project Management Office (PMO) team within Airbus Defence and Space to support project governance, integrated planning and risk management across cutting‑edge Earth Observation and space exploration programmes.

Key responsibilities

  • Support project governance, communication and integrated planning activities.
  • Prepare risk, opportunity and schedule reviews and associated reporting material.
  • Assist with internal and external reporting, data management and preparation of management review packages.

Required profile

  • Currently studying a Business Management or related degree as an undergraduate.
  • Understanding of Project Management methodologies.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and organisational skills.

Required skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience using databases and data analysis (a plus).

What we offer

  • Salary of £24,500 per annum.
  • 37‑hour work week with flexible and hybrid working options.
  • Half‑day Fridays and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
