16 Hour Stock Operator

About the role

As a Store Stock Operator you will act as the vital link between the stockroom and the shop floor, ensuring merchandise is available, well presented and accurately recorded. Working closely with the Store Manager and Stock Manager, you will help drive sales by keeping the store stocked efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Review store sales data and KPIs with the Store Manager to spot replenishment opportunities.
• Execute daily replenishment tasks accurately and on schedule.
• Train store associates on stock management guidelines and standards.
• Maintain product presentation, assortment and tagging on the floor and in the stockroom.
• Organise and keep the stockroom tidy and functional.
• Provide on‑floor support to the sales team as needed.

Required profile

• Passionate about the Levi’s brand and its values.
• Relevant experience in stock operations or retail inventory.
• Strategic thinker who can adapt quickly to store demands.
• Highly organised, able to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
