About the role
Are you currently working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and looking for a new challenge? This first‑line technician role offers hands‑on experience across a wide range of technologies, with strong support for your professional development from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line support to end users and log tickets.
- Assist with Office 365 networking and general IT support tasks.
- Maintain clear communication with users, ensuring a customer‑first approach.
Required profile
- Approximately 12 months experience in an MSP environment.
- Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.
- Confident communicator who remains calm under pressure.
- Organised, proactive and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
