About the role

This position is with a respected IT Managed Services Provider looking for a proven 2nd/3rd Line Onsite Support Engineer. You will act as a proactive engineer and the face of the company for a range of clients across London and the wider UK.

Key responsibilities

Provide on‑site technical support and act as the primary point of contact for client enquiries.
Deliver proactive engineering, troubleshooting and advice across a broad technology portfolio.
Assist with and take ownership of project work as required.
Travel to client sites primarily within London and the M25 area, with a car allowance provided.

Required profile

Demonstrated experience as a 2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer in a Managed Services environment.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Client‑facing mindset, able to act as the “go‑to” technical advisor.
Flexibility and willingness to travel to multiple locations.
