2nd Charge Mortgage Case Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated 2nd Charge Mortgage Case Manager to join a specialist lending brokerage in Ringwood. You will manage residential and buy‑to‑let mortgage enquiries from initial contact through to completion, working closely with brokers, lenders and legal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Process 2nd charge residential and BTL mortgage applications from enquiry to completion.
• Collect fees from clients and brokers where required and ensure accurate data entry in the CRM.
• Maintain regular communication with brokers, lenders, legal teams and surveyors throughout each case.
• Assist the AML function by conducting checks, investigating suspicious activity and reporting to compliance.
• Monitor the department’s CPD log and attend internal sales and lender meetings.
• Create and manage lender‑specific checklists and review dates within the CRM.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the financial services sector.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with strong organisational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Motivated, forward‑thinking individual with a target‑driven mindset.

• Proficiency with CRM systems for case management.
• Solid understanding of AML and GDPR compliance requirements.
