2nd Line IT Support Engineer – £32k-£45k DOE

About the role

Join a well‑established Managed Service Provider as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer. You will be the escalation point for 1st Line engineers, handling complex technical issues while developing your infrastructure and project expertise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and resolve 2nd Line support tickets and escalations.
• Support a varied client base across multiple industries.
• Assist with new client onboarding and migrations.
• Collaborate with senior engineers on infrastructure projects.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a Managed Service Provider environment.
• Strong 2nd Line support background with a broad technical skillset.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities.
• Customer‑focused communication style.
• Organised, proactive and keen to learn.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential).
