2nd/3rd Line Support Engineer – Hybrid

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Engineer to join a small, highly respected managed services team. This role combines third‑line support, project delivery and regular client interaction in a hybrid working environment. You will work closely with clients to resolve issues and deliver infrastructure projects, ensuring high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Third‑line support, escalations and complex troubleshooting.
• Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Exchange Online support and configuration.
• Microsoft Intune deployment and endpoint management.
• Conditional Access and Microsoft 365 security implementation.
• Domain, DNS, email security and routing management.
• Windows endpoint troubleshooting.
• Network, firewall and Wi‑Fi support.
• Network equipment deployment and patching.
• Backup deployment and management.
• Client site visits, office moves and infrastructure projects.
• Video conferencing setup and support.
• Vendor and third‑party supplier liaison.

Required profile

• 4+ years’ commercial IT experience.
• Current or recent experience within a Managed Service Provider (MSP).
• Strong technical knowledge across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune and Exchange Online.
• Hands‑on experience with Conditional Access, DNS and office networking.
• Excellent client‑facing, communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team.
• Able to commute easily into Central London.
