About the role

Speedy Hire is looking for a reliable 3.5 ton flat‑bed van driver to deliver hire equipment across Leeds and the surrounding area. The role offers a full‑time schedule, Monday to Friday, with a focus on customer service and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate a 3.5 ton flat‑bed van to deliver and collect hire equipment.
• Plan routes and manage deliveries within agreed time windows.
• Represent Speedy Hire’s brand by providing a professional and friendly service.
• Maintain accurate delivery records and vehicle logs.

Required profile

• Positive, self‑motivated attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to walk long distances and work in all weather conditions.
• Commitment to supporting the company’s ESG strategy.

Required skills

• Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points).
